Hummingbird Coffee Ltd is a New Zealand owned and operated business which is registered under the legal business name HUMMINGBIRD COFFEE LIMITED.


We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order or to reply to your enquiry. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to any third parties.

Security & Payments

Our website uses SSL encryption technology to ensure the security of all information you enter. We do not process, store or transmit your credit card information ourselves – all payments are handled by a secure e-commerce facility provided by Payment Express.

Your account will be charged in NZD and the name that will appear on your statement will be “Hummingbird Coffee”.

Returns & Refunds

Hummingbird Coffee always sends out the freshest of coffee guaranteed. We will accept returns for the following:
  • Goods damaged or faulty before despatch
  • Incorrect order delivered

NB: Goods must be dated within 7 days of notification of any issues to us. This policy observes our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).

Your coffee will be delivered overnight or within 48 hrs depending on the location.
