This single origin from Colombia is a medium roast. It delivers a cup with distinctive balanced sweetness and vibrant fruity hints of peaches. A medium bodied coffee, that’s smooth on the palate and sure to please.
Our latest single origin is from Anei in The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
Anei is a cooperative of 700 smallholder farmers from diverse indigenous groups located in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. This cooperative produces organic coffee with unique qualities attributed to high elevation, perfect growing climate, and terroir. Anei is a word in the language of the Arhuaco people, which roughly translates into the English words of “good” or “positive”.
